Description Develop the annual marketing strategies for all the company brands to ensure customer attraction, sales increase and company profitability Research and analyze market segments to identify and develop appropriate marketing tools. Study the competitors strategies in terms of performance, products, prices, advertising and market segments targeted. Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve the companys objectives. Design the marketing budgets and supervise its expenditures. Analyze the cost and the effectiveness of various marketing tools and the select efficient tool. Coordinate in designing the marketing campaigns and formulate the required message to reach customers by using the appropriate marketing tools. Coordinate with the production manager in the research and development of new products for the company brands to ensure customer attraction. Responsible for the selection of media and advertising agencies and supervision on the promotional activities as ads or posters or other. Develop communication systems with costumers to measure the degree of satisfaction with the products and listen to their suggestions. Study opportunities for expansion and available marketing opportunities. Participate in the development of new products to suit the available marketing opportunities. Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of Marketing department staff and oversee their daily activities
Qualifications Bachelor Degree Management/ Marketing MBA is a must Manufacturing Background – Food & Beverage Industry is a plus Excellent command of English Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing management ( large companies /Multinational preferable)
