Description Ordering and control company foreign materials thats needed for either mechanical& electrical or fabrications through the next concerns: 1-Receiving expected forecast from sales& operations. 2-Investigate the material consumption with Engineering and Operations departments. 3-Receive the requirement needed from related departments (gross requirements). 4-Prepare the periodical material budget approval. 5-Calculate the net requirement with considering the stock and open orders. 6-Issue the purchase request to be approved from top management with prices within the approved budget. 7-Transfer the approved purchase request to be purchase order. 8-Communicate with suppliers to get the optimum material quotation. 9-Receiving the perform invoice 10-Follow up the material order during payment process with finance department. 11-Follow up the material shipping dates. 12-Receiving the Packing list then submit to warehouse department.
Qualifications 1-Bachelors degree in Mechanical production or Industrial Engineering with grade not less than V.Good. 2-(2-4) years of experience in planning and purchasing within industrial firm. 3-Fluent English language (Language Schools Graduates are preferred). 4-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
