Description — This positions primary responsibility is to manage the sales activities of the Company through close supervision of the market and competition. — He is also responsible for marketing and promotional functions of the Company. — Assists the Chairman in preparing the annual business plan and budgets. — Organizes and directs the Companys sales, customer service and related administrative specialists to achieve goals and objectives. — Formulates sales goals, marketing plans and strategy and directs their execution to achieve the Companys objectives. — Ensures compliance with sales policies, procedures and programs. — Reviews with sales representatives their sales plans and co-ordinates with them implementation of programs to meet the plans. — Reviews and analyzes the operating results of each representative and recommends required action. — Evaluates the performance of subordinates and seeks improvement in their capabilities and trains the sales team. — Prepares and reviews the daily sales reports. — Maintains excellent relationships with major customers.
Qualifications * Bachelor Degree. * Training courses in sales is a must.

Other Skills • Strong interpersonal and Leadership. • Ability to gain customer satisfaction. • Ability to manage and run the sales activities in all sales areas. • Ability to meet targeted sales and growth projections. • Good communication and personnel management skills.
