Description — Maintain the Reliability and availability of network resources (Access, Aggregate, Core and International Gateways) — Monitor network performance and maintain traffic flow through the network. — 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting and problem solving for all network related incidents. — Report escalated network incidents/problems with full technical analysis. — Upstream international Providers technical escalation.
Qualifications • Bachelor of Communication Engineering • English language fluency • Very good communication skill • Pro-active with fault finding • 2-3 Years of experience in broadband technologies, L2/L3 VPNs, MPLS, VLANs, BGP, OSPF and QoS • CCIP is a must, JNCIS-M and JNCIS-E or equivalent are preferred • Strong technical and Analytical skills, Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem solving • Have the ability to learn about new products and technologies quickly • Excellent communication skills, Results orientated and ability to work under pressure
