Description *Define QA checklists for each process and tool *Perform regular audits for process compliance and correct template usage, and report non-compliances (NCs) *Perform regular audits for correct tool use and report NCs *Log all NCs *Track NCs till resolution, and escalate when appropriate *Assist personnel with the resolution of NCs *Research new techniques to encourage personnel to comply with processes and resolve NCs on time *Prepare quality reports
Qualifications **4+ years of experience in a relevant position in a software organization, with at least 1 year in a CMMI and/or agile environment for **Thorough understanding of project management and SDLC processes and compliance to process phases and constraints **Ability to prepare checklists for auditing process and template compliance **Non-compliance (NC) reporting and project status reporting **Ability to schedule audits at appropriate times as related to project schedule and load, and comply with audit dates **Practical knowledge of version control tools such as Confluence, SVN, Microsoft TFS version control, or Visual SourceSafe (VSS) (a plus) **Software testing experience (a plus)
