Description Coordinate with Projects Managers to allocate Translators on projects. Coordinate with Total Quality Manager documenting current processes and identify opportunities to transform current processes and procedures into best practices. Collaborate with Vendors Manager to recruit and select freelance translators whenever needed. Liaise with clients to discuss any unclear points in the files requested to be translated. Train, coach, and mentor translation teams for continuous development. Monitor all resources development, and provide continuous feedback. Create evaluation tools/tests for all relevant resources.
Qualifications Bachelor of Art degree in English or any related field. Fluent in English; spoken and written. No less than 10 years of experience including at least 2 in a leading role.

Other Skills Technical Skills Solid experience of Bi-directional right to left technology Solid experience with various translation tools. Fluency in Windows and related applications. Strong understanding and usage of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
