Description Organizing and conducting the plant maintenance activities while ensuring execution efficiency, safety and timeliness and compliance with rules and regulations. In addition, reviewing the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly in order to minimize unplanned downtime and identify opportunities of improvement. - Coordinating & Conducting preventative maintenance measures on Plant machinery and equipment to assure safety and compliance with rules and regulations - Conducting the required qualifications tests for the Plant machines and systems to ensure they are up to standards - Conducting the maintenance activities and urgent repair orders - Assessing all repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spare parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with Purchasing function - Ensuring that all equipment is maintained, repaired to production status and that all safety procedures are followed properly - Distributing and following up on work activities and monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures. - Creating and updating plants maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to best practices
Qualifications B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
