Handel all special requirements with other departments for each customers to ensure all procedures done Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Maintain accounts receivable customer files Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines Sharing to investigate and resolve customer queries Manages the accounts within the policies and procedures set by management (credit note, returns‡) Sharing in end of the month closing procedures
