Description Supported by a production manager and a maintenance manager, the positions main accountabilities will be: - Implementation of both corporate safety and human rights policy. - Increase of the productivity. - Responsible for the quality method deployment to develop and increase customer satisfaction. - Respect of manufacturing lead time, and cost reduction. - Monitor the overall efficiency of equipment. - Propose relevant productive investment. - Will be in permanent interaction with all the departments of company such as supply chain, HR and finance / controlling. - Lead a team of approx. 140 people, high shop floor presence with direct contact with operator and supervisor.
Qualifications - Mechanical Engineer - At ease to handle and deployed structured approach increasing quality, productivity, skill flexibility, cost reduction in all level of his team. - Fluency in English, Arabic and French would be considered as an asset. - Diplomat with excellent communication, people management and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong analytical and team spirit skills are requested. 10 years including 3-5 years in a similar role within a multinational company involved with industrial (ex TPS, WCM, TPM, …) and safety standards (ex OHSAS, Dupont de Nemours)
