Description —Design optimum technical solutions for the customers. —Conduct technical presentations to the customers. —Write effective technical proposals to properly position the company and the designed solutions to win the trust of the customers. —Support salesmen with equipment/technology data related to technical specifications and costs to build financial proposals. —Communicate with network infrastructure teams for network upgrade, migrations, and new solutions implementation. —Negotiate and establish agreements with vendors (when they are involved in the design and implementation process) and manage equipment ordering process. —Train sales team members on products and services. —Communicate with the global partners to verify the connectivity solutions for the global customers. —Managing the big scale projects.
Qualifications •Knowledge of WAN basic standards: Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, PPP. •Experienced in designing and implementing new solutions for resilient IP networks: HSRP, VRRP, GLPP. •Experienced in routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, RIP. •Experienced in designing MPLS VPNs in various scenarios. •Experienced in designing layer 2 technologies: VLANs, trunks, spanning-tree. •Experienced in designing QoS in IP networks. •Minimum 2+ years of experience in the related field. •Ability to prioritize the tasks and multitask. •Ability to be work under pressure and be team player. •Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent customer presentation skills and customer oriented. •Bachelor’s degree of engineering. •CCNA is a must. •CCNP or CCIP is a plus.
