Description Intensive communication with governmental institutions. Monitor All suppliers performance regarding their dealing with procurement department . Support procurement staff in implementing policies and procedures. Evaluate and measure supplier performance to meet expectations in terms of pricing and delivery. Oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services as instructed by procurement Director . Re-evaluate service level agreements with providers,suppliers and contractors and suggest necessary improvements to always improve performance.
Qualifications knowledge and experience in the practices/ tenders / grants related to law 89, year 1998 is a MUST.
