Description 1- Responding to all incoming sales inquiries by phone, fax or e-mail and preparing quotations and submittals for tenders as needed. 2- Coordinate between sales team and product management to ensure compliance with pricing strategies and profit margins. 3- Generate accurate, rapid cost calculations and timely issue of quotations to the customer using CRM. 4- Support the sales manager with following up on the sales team activities. 5- Keep update data with all finished product stock in warehouse - 6- keep track of all invoices until receiving the corresponding value from customers . 7- Recording and updating the progress of all inquiries to translate it into reports to support the sales director in strategic decisions . 8- Ensure an efficient tracking system of all inquiries and correspondences and incorporate them in customers database. Important
Qualifications BSC degree –very good command of MS word , power point and excel.- very good knowledge about production procedures. Previous experience in a manufacturing cables company is an asset in choosing the right candidate
