Description      Handle Sales leads and following up on prospects through Outgoing calls.  Attack other providers & special customers DB.  Negotiate the terms of all agreements and close sales deals.  Carry out Upselling and Cross-selling processes.  Provide customers with quotations & offers through e-mail or fax.  Analyze team achievement reports for daily assessment  Handle customers who had subscribed online through our website to manager their ADSL service.  Update Excel sheet to follow with customer to sell DSL service  Handle Sales calls through different channels to increase companys revenue.  Develop new ideas and approaches to increase customer base and market share.  Prepare Sales and work-related reports to report daily to higher level management.  Register new domain (local domains & international domains and Arabic domains) new and transfer.  Handle all clients technical problems like ( changing records ,mails problem , hosting problem  Handle all clients collection and billing problems
Qualifications     Bachelor degree  Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position  Very Good Sales & phone skills  Good Communication, Negotiation and Stress Management Skills.  Ability to work under high-stress environment  Courteous, attentive & patient in dealing with the clients  Ability to exercise scheduling flexibility  Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
