Description -Achieves sales targets, increases customer loyalty and reduces customer churn through the introduction and sale of new and existing services. -Initiates contact and meets with potential customers to prospect for new business. -Recommends suitable service proposition to help customers to improve their needs. -Handles the day-to-day interactions and solving any problem related to assigned customers account. -Completes customer contracts and warranties, and follows up with the AR Team on customers payment and issued invoices. -Masters and maintains vast knowledge of customers business, competition, and latest industry news and trends. -Initiates activities aiming at increasing customer satisfaction and business performance. -Assists in resolving any raised customer complaints regarding sales / services. -Proactively suggests ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in any discipline. Very good verbal and non-verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Other Skills Social, responsible, accurate, problem solving skills. Can maintain good relations with customers and has excellent selling skills.
