Description —Participation in the development of the annual Audit Plan. —Conduct interviews of business managers to gain thorough understanding of the business processes and to identify inherent risks and mitigating controls. —Obtain and analyze data as a basis for the evaluation of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system for assigned processes or areas. —Conduct internal audit engagements and reviews as outlined in the annual audit plan. —Writing of effective audit findings and constructive Internal Audit Reports. —Conduct follow-up audits to test the effectiveness of implemented agreed corrective actions.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. •Three to five years minimum professional auditing experience, required. •Very good command of English language, oral and written, required. •PC Literacy (MS Office, SAP or other ERP System), required. •Good knowledge of IIA Standards (IPPF), required. •Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificate, preferred. •Good knowledge of local legal and regulatory framework, preferred.
