Description managing, monitoring the performance of and working as part of a team of communication engineers/planners; undertaking site surveys; ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met; writing reports and documentation; managing resources; liaising with suppliers, customers, directors and other teams of staff; undertaking relevant research; producing and implementing designs; creating test procedures; analyzing and interpreting data; providing technical support; problem solving; Dealing with Huawei equipments Scope of work 1- Measure signal strength for specifies BTS and diversity accuracy 2- Measure signal quality and band width propagated from BTS 3-Huawei equipment 4- Measure signal strength for specifies BTS and diversity accuracy 5- Measure signal quality and band width propagated from BTS 6- Define cells propagation accuracy and cross sectors for Radio devices 7- Measure and optimize BTS coverage area as per assigned electrical and mechanical tilt
Qualifications Bachelor degree in communication engineering. Minimum 1 year experience in Huawei equipment. hard worker. leadership and communication skills are required.
