Description 1. Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the companys profit. 2. Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation ,counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. 3. Establish working relationships with key Business Managers and IT Managers and staff in the customers organizations, assisting them to integrate new solutions effectively into their various IT environments. 4. Work closely with Sales Account Managers to develop business opportunities, analyze customer requirements, and provide consultative selling skills in complex technical environments. 5. Discuss potential sales opportunities with Account Manager, and perform analysis and qualification of potential customer projects 6. Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings and sales newsletters
Qualifications 1. Good Knowledge in the fields of Data networks, voice systems and unified communications 2. Previous experience in a similar role is a must. 3. Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills 4. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people 5. Knowledge in the fields of CCTV, fire alarm systems and access control is considered a plus.
