Description 1. Overseeing the implementation of the project work in accordance with the specifications and costs and delivery times. 2. The schedule for the project implementation plan in partnership with the director of planning and follow-up engineer. 3. drawings and specifications review. 4. Select the required equipment for the implementation of the partnership with the implementation manager. 5. determine the needs of the project from subcontractors in partnership with the implementation manager. 6. distribution of work on-site workers (Implementation - Technical Office) Engineers Engineers in partnership with the implementation manager. 7. preparation of purchase orders for materials and supplies required for the project. 8. preparation subcontractors and extracts displayed on implementation manager. 9. attend regular meetings and follow up the implementation of what came out. 10. resolving disputes between the company and all the consultant and the owner whenever possible and show the rest of the conflicts on the implementation manager. 11. Monitor works engineers sites and directing them first hand. 12. Monitor the work of subcontractors and solve problems with them first hand. 13. Monitoring the various supplies to the site, whether the company or contractors Supplies Subcontractors to ensure compliance with the specifications and the adoption of the minutes of receipt. 14. Follow-up work exclusively with the audit and advisory, and the owner. 15. Command and instigation and control of project staff. 16. carry out additional tasks required by the implementation manager.
