Description 1-Prospecting & getting leads & Surveying the area for upcoming jobs. 2-Establish proposals for incoming inquiries. 3-Follow up during proposal/ quotation stage. 4-Prepare CPBDS & JAF. 5-Follow up after job entry & signing of contract. 6-Change Orders. 7-Make sure that what the customer needs is what he gets. 8-Preparing a monthly plan for job entry & shipping. 9-Follow up with site till job accomplished. 10-Follow up payments till 100% collections. 11 -Establishing a long term relation with customers.
Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in civil Engineering is a must prefer ain shams-Cairo-Alexandria university, (Any courses in Sales & Marketing is a plus; athletic & having social activities is a plus), background in sales or construction field/design familiar with steel structure PEB terms
