Description - Ensures that all activities in his unit or section are done according the relevant cGMP and ISO standards (ISO 9001/2008, ISO 14001/2004, and OHSAS 18001/2007). - Ensure achievement of Quality objectives defined for the unit. - Plan and conduct regular system/ process audits in the unit. - Identify critical control parameters with the help of production & process engineers. - Identify stated and implied needs of customers in relation to the product quality and product safety. - Have a good understanding of all the process and procedures of the quality system. - Support the Quality manager to develop the Quality objectives and guidelines for the unit. - Ensure regular communication in the unit for awareness of quality issues across all departments. - Responsible for conducting timely internal audits at the unit and ensure conformity in systems and processes. - Ensure maintenance of quality assurance documents at the unit especially from Audit perspective. - Liaise with allied departments from time to time for matters related to operational and business requirements. - Ensure 100% compliance to all statutory requirements and liaise with regulatory authorities. - Ensure all quality related issues are resolved on time.
Qualifications Experience of 6 to 9 experience, Excellent in English, Computer skills, flexibility, effective communication skills, Ability to solve problems.
