Description -Provide telephone and e-mail support, respond to inquiries, providing telephone, e-mail and desk-side support for Misr Italia staff. -Diagnose, configure, test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software, Installation, Configuration, Upgrading. -Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. -Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. -Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
