Description — Analyze prior-approval requests, negotiate the cases with the medial providers, approve the cases when agreement is reached and enter the claim into the system — Supervise In-patient claims — Advise on Medical Basics and Practice — Supervises on claims audit and validation of processed claims — Communicate with Insured Members on their claims and on any request coming from an Insured Member — Ensure that all medical information is kept confidential. — Supervising the incoming/outgoing pre authorization requests — Communication with Account executives on medical queries — Facilitate the doctors for arranging direct billing assistance and international cases — Matrix reports (Daily , weekly and monthly) — Coordination with medical manager for maintaining the quality of work — Coordination with medical manager on day to day tasks
Qualifications Bachelor of medicine & Surgery

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
