Description — Determine the specific tools needed for new products, design it and manufacture it in house or subcontract it. — Ensure that all factory tooling are performing in excellent condition by keep a data base for follow-up on its periodic maintenance plan. — Manage the tooling workshop, set KPIs for all staff and achieve the company targets. — Introduce new technologies to improve quality and productivity. — Upgrade and develop the existing machines capabilities. — Set the company yearly budget for capital investment against justified feasibility study to cope with the market needs. — Reporting to Technology Manager.
Qualifications 3-5 Years of experience. Very good computer skills.
