Description — Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall companys target. — Efficiently and effectively handle queries from customers via phone and email. — Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieving departmental response time targets. — Cultivate relationships with prospects via cold calling, marketing events, in person meetings and presentation. — Implement the sales strategic plan for the assigned territory which was developed with Sales manager. — Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals. — Actively prospect and acquire new accounts. — Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
Qualifications Excellent communication skills, passion to learn and excellent selling skills. Sales experience are preferably at well known real estate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
