Description Examines, evaluates and reports on the adequacy of internal control as a contribution to the proper, economic and effective use of resources. Identify the process weakness of complying with the applicable rules and regulations and support the supervising authority to ensure compliance with the set process. Monitors the companys business through review of documents and ensure that they are in compliance with the companys internal rules and regulations, ensure that the companys business activities are in compliance with the activities specified in its Articles of Association. Responsible for notifying the Board of Directors on any major non compliance to the set Company rules and regulations. Ensures that the members of the Board of Directors, the staff and the companys agents are well informed and are fully aware of the companys legal requirements and rules of conduct and any changes thereof. Ensures that all reports requested by the supervising authority are complete, accurate and submitted in the specified time. .Ensures that the written supervisory procedures are reasonable and are sufficient for full compliance with the rules and regulations along with the companys rules of conduct. —Act as a vital link connecting the company, the Board of Directors, the shareholders and governmental agencies. —Suggest and design latest processes suitable to improve the systems and procedures in company. —Conduct orientation/training program for employees on the legal requirements, rules and regulations of the company, also train to improvise and close audit non confirmative.
Qualifications Must has the CIA certificate,has been working in an international Audit company (Big four Internal Audit offices) at least 4 years. We prefer someone has been graduated from Faculty of commerce (English Section)
