Description —Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents to establish the scope of work, the Tender schedule and the composition of the Tender team. Clarify any item(s) that are unclear. —Establish the requirements and deliverables of the Tender team members with due regard to the scope of work and the Tender schedule. —Plan tender reviews and submittal deadlines according procedures and Customer requirements. —Participate in all tender stage gate meetings. —Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all Tender team members. —Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc. —Maintain accurate records and files (manual & electronic) of all the tender data (i.e. correspondence, quotations, internal input, etc.). —Liaise with all tender team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and the commercial strategy as defined by the Commercial and Business Development Managers. —Oversee the tender estimate for accuracy and compliance with the customer requirements and commercial strategy. —Alert Commercial Manager to potential problems in tender development / production. —Review original writing by tender team members for clarity. All Other reasonably requested duties
Qualifications Qualifications: •Not Less than 7 years Experience . •Organized with time management skills. •Excellent PC skills to, amongst other items, prepare MS Project Schedules, MS Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word. •Good written and oral communication skills. •Good team building/working skills. •Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and to self-prioritize. •Capable of dealing with high stress levels resulting from continual deadlines.
