Qualifications *Bsc of Engineering Cairo -Ain shams -Alex- Helwan university *0-1 year of experience in the related field. * CCNA Certified (Must) and Understanding Networking & TCP/IP Protocols. *Have a strong verbal customer handling, Communication skills and able to work on shift basis. * Understanding of POP3/SMTP/FTP/HTTP/ DNS Protocols (Must) and DNS basic structure and operation (preferred not must). 5-Understanding of PPP session Establishment. *Understanding of the Internet and how it functions. * Have Basic knowledge in different OS like Win XP, Vista ,Win7, Win8 (Must) & Linux (preferred, but not required). * Very good English * very good communication skills
