Description - Setting business plan with NSCs and related action plans to achieve it. - Collecting and analyzing National Sales Center monthly Key Performance Indicator report. Monitoring CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and set corrective action plans accordingly. - Analyzing Service Retention and set corrective action plans accordingly. - Conducting service marketing campaigns. - Responsible for Recall/service campaigns in the North Africa countries. - Implement ASKA (After Sales KAIZEN) to improve dealer operational standards and KPI`s (Mainly related to service retention and workshop maximum utilization. - AS-DOS (After Sales Dealer Operation Standard) evaluation for North Africa countries for both Service & Parts operations. Setting action plan with NSC to improve AS-DOS score. - Technical Support for Nissan National Sales centers.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university. - At least 3 years relevant experience. - Outstanding interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure. - Proficient user of Microsoft office.
