Description -Contact existing customers and new prospects through outbound call database to attempt to sell our products and services. - Utilize the database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they are likely to buy. - Answer customers queries about delivery, features and benefits of our products, and products quality. - Handle customers complains, objections, and show full support according to our policies, and regulations. - They may also contact customers after a sale to check that they are satisfied with their purchase. -Ensure database integrity: continuously update customer details, efficiently use follow-ups.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in any field. - Good command of English language. - Good command of MS Office. - 1 to 2 years experience in related field

Compensations Salary+ Commission
