Description —Issue the requested supplies to departments —Preparing purchase requests. —Check and receive ordered supplies according to Pos —Adding received items to the system —Reports stock problems to store supervisor and participate to find solutions for these problems. —Conducts physical inventory and prepare all necessary related documents and reports. —Receive external supplies form sup stores & return non used supplies to store —Send external supplies form for (ON-SHELF ITEMS)to main store and follow ” up
Qualifications •Bachelor degree •At least 1 year of experience as a store keeper (experience in a Health-Care Organization is preferred) •Basic English, MS Word and Excel
