1. Deposit the cash and cheques at NGT banks’ account (TMGT). 2. Reviewing the “Day end Cash Report “with the Daily Bank Deposit (TMGT). 3. Performing Journal / Payment / Receipting voucher (TMGT). 4. Issuing the Cheque / Transfer for the approved vouchers due on TMGT. 5. Keep updated register for account receivable / Account Payables for participants receivable and Retakaful companies (TMGT). 6. Follow up the collection of direct contribution (TMGT) 7. Reconcile Motor act deposits with Banks deposit (TMGT). 8. Prepare and Issue Commission due to NGT Sales Force (TMGT) 9. Record and maintain the fixed asset Register (TMGT). 10. Allocating the incurred expenses to the beneficiary departments (TMGT). 11. Follow up the data transferring between Penta Takaful and Penta Finance and raise the problem (TMGT). 12. Performing any other task assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications 1- B.C. Commerce (Accounting Section) 2- 0-2 years of experience (Preferably who has Insurance EXP.). 3- Good command in English (Written, Spoken) 4- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and multitask oriented. 5- Effective communication & Presentation skills. 6- Have a self motivation & High accuracy. 7- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
