An integral part of the team ,you will be tasked in contributing to the on time & delivery of the overall project, in order to fulfill the task assigned to you, you should have the expertise to perform the following duties: - provide support to & coordinate with project manager on all architectural issues in the course of projects. -Review shop drawings, materials submittal & method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project. -ensures all works carried comply with the architectural drawings & project specifications as stipulated. - to make certain that all architectural drawings are in line & coordinate with other departmental design drawings prior proceeding with architectural work to highlight any discrepancies for necessary corrections. - Conduct site inspections to as standards of safety & architectural quality are being met & supervise inspectors within the team. - Maintain job records, text reports & similar documentation
Qualifications High extensive background on high end retail & residential buildings
