As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for Interacting with hotel guests and members of the community, while providing functional assistance to all departments, maintaining all standard operational procedures to ensure efficient service while reporting directly to the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations. Reacting to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel, responding to guest needs and resolving related problems, assisting Guest relations in greeting and in the rooming procedures of guests ensuring VIPs receive special attention , while promoting inter – hotel sales and in house facilities Issuing daily report required, supervising and directing Reception & Reservations team, checking billing instructions and monitoring guest credit & analyzing and approving discount and rebates, while supporting and assisting Front Office team and all departments at peak periods. This is in addition of being fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures, while conducting the regular daily hotel tour inspections with prompt reports to the management for relevant actions required.
Qualifications Ideally, you will have [2 years] years of experience as Assistant Manager with relevant school/college qualifications.
