- Provide the center with sales activities leadership and to provide the highest level of customer service according to company policies and procedures. - Taking into account the general guidelines/principles of business management, the appointee is to be fully responsible for all matters concerning the language center managed by him/her. - Coaching & directing employees to achieve the desired results. - Perform a sales function role directed at gaining new customers and at keeping the current customers from both the corporate and consumer market. - Cultivate business contacts with clients and potential clients; seek to strengthen ties with associations, authorities, organizations and firms as well as with public offices, consulates, embassies, ministries etc. - Analyze strong/weak areas of the operation and the market and take prompt actions in order to further improve business results. - Insure that all accounting records are maintained in accordance with the law - Insure that the physical premises of the LC are adequate, safe, clean, and are attractive in appearance to customers and employees - Prepare Financial Plan - Prepare Media & Marketing Plan - Conducts annual appraisals for direct subordinates, and follows-up on the implementation of the rest of the center team members.
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in any field. - 3 years in management experience is a must. - Experience in Sales and Customer Service management is a must (Branch Management experience is an asset). - Excellent command of the English language. - Flexibility with working hours (according to the working hours of the Center). - Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications. - Presentation Skills. - Communication Skills. - Accountability Skills - Team Work. - Adaptability - Customer Oriented - Positive Attitude - Leadership. - Decision making - Creative thinking - Ability to delegate tasks.
