Follow up requesting & activating transfer lines 5. Coordinating with ADSL dept at HQ 6. Update Menaprod database, perform weekly & monthly report
Qualifications • Bachelor degree of business administration or any suitable discipline. • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience of customer service in fashion retail or related customer service field. • Very good command of English language. • Strong attention to details and computer skills. • Ability to work to tight timescales to meet quality and performance targets. • Ability to deal with a wide range of customer inquiries and opportunities.
