•Supervises warehouse operation to receive products of different quantities (in terms of storage, stock management and delivery) •Coordinates between the purchasing and Clearance departments to know the exact delivery date and quantity of products to be received •Supervises warehousing and storage of products •Ensures the safety and security of the warehouse and products stored •Prepare weekly and monthly stock level reports (condition, quantity, etc.) •Maintains the inventory of supplies and prepares low stock report forms •Develops procedures and recommends estimates for an orderly replacement of existing equipment as it becomes obsolete or deteriorates •Maintains records of supplies and materials entering and leaving the warehouse •Ensures that warehouse is in best condition, regarding cleanliness and goods storage conditions •Ensures the delivery of all products received at the warehouse to the proper department according to the plan
Qualifications •Bachelor of commerce •Experience 6 -9 Years(Experience in FMCG field is a must) •Behira , Menofia, Tanta and Alex residents are preferred
