     Personnel:  Provide information and assistance & act as a reference to staff regarding a variety of personnel matters, regulations, policies & procedures.  Prepare staff letters (HR letters , Embassy letter…etc)  Follow up on updating staff contracts  Responsible for all required hiring and resignation paperwork and actions  Prepare PPL (Payment Proof List)  Following up on EFSA (Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority) registration and renewal for the sales staff  Follow up on collecting any required reports, documentation from staff Recruitment  Conduct all recruitment procedures and job vacancy announcements including place advertisements (internal/external) through different media to inform and attract qualified individuals to apply for vacant positions  Conduct first screening on CVs and grade them  Interview candidates and participate in the selection & evaluation  Scheduling appointments for interviews  Attend interviews for final selection  Inform the selected candidates of result by a “ Letter Of Appointment “, or by an“ Apology Letter”  Propose & Settle terms of employment for new hires  Arrange for initial orientation for newly hires to foster positive attitude towards company goals  Search, registrant, prepare and participate in employment fairs  Conduct exit interview in case of resignation
