1. Set and implement Human Resources plans including, internal communication, training, and recruitment plans 2. Annually reviews and makes recommendations to executive management for improvement of company policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters 3. Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure company compliance 4. Maintains responsibility or company’s compliance with state legislation pertaining all personnel matters 5. Communicates changes in company personnel policies and procedures and ensures proper compliance is followed 6. Assists executive management in the annual review, preparation and administration of company compensation and benefits programs 7. Coordinates or conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation 8. Consult with company lawyer as appropriate or as directed by the CEO, on personnel matters 9. Works directly with department Heads and Managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters 10. Recommends, evaluates and participates in staff development 11. Develops and maintains Human Resources system that meets company personnel information needs 12. Recruit, Train, coach and evaluate the performance of members of the HR Department
Qualifications We’re looking for a high achieving HR Manager with strong experience in HR Management in a retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Administration - MBA is preferable.
