Follow up the implementation of company plans. Follow up the abidance of all departments with company’s policy and procedures together with Management Board regulations. Evaluating and auditing Company’s different systems and checking its abidance by auditing procedures. Submitting suggestions that support fulfilling company’s objectives, cost reduction and power saving. Participates in solving financial, managerial and technical problems together with concerned departments. Reviewing book keeping, records and documents. Studying cost accounting sheets, balance sheets and finding solutions for any deviations. Follow up reconciliation of suspended accounts for clients, debtors, vendors and creditors. Ensures the abidance to the Internal Auditor and the General Assembly resolutions. Preparing a long term auditing plan, fiscal plan and regular reports for all company’s activities. Ensuring the accuracy of internal auditing systems and methods of communications between departments.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce,5 years experience in Accounting / Inventory Control / Retail. Excellent communications skills in English / report writing skills Planning skills Methodical / systematic / analytical Attention to detail Drivers License Ethical Current IT literacy – High degree MS Excel skills Experience in training Arabic fluency
