Your role as the Marketing Manager will be to support the Operations Director and the business in the running campaigns to improve market presence. This will be a hands-on, all encompassing marketing role which will involve working closely with members of the team. Key areas of responsibility within this role are as follows, although this list is not exhaustive: Taking detailed briefs from senior management to ensure projects run on time and to budget. Managing new product launches into Key Retailers. Proactively creating and managing projects with external suppliers. Liaising with packaging companies to agree artwork and timelines. Communicating & Co-ordinating actions and results based on agreed timelines. Liaising and working closely with supply chain to achieve project delivery. Personal Specification Strategic Marketing Planning experience Brand Positioning Management experience Development of Effective Communication and Promotional Programmes Team Leadership and People Development Using digital media to grow brands and have the ability to create a five year plan for the company. Strong effective communicator. Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees. Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record. Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company. Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.
Qualifications 1. full knowledge of the full know-how and all that is required of him and continued to direct the work and follow-up. 2-Readiness to make sure (the place + crew). 3. Follow-up work on providing all the daily supplies and materials and basic sections mentioned. 4.
