•Ensure that the process operations of all products are as per Clorox standards. •Constantly review and update process operations systems to develop and implement new(SOP’s) if required. •Assist the Process Team Manager in planning the process operations. (Production - Material Requirements - etc). •Follow up with Material Buying and QA on any supplier/materials changes, issues or new supplier/materials qualification procedure. •Constantly review material utilization reports and take all steps for improvement. •Keep accurate inventory/cost records. •Work on cost saving ideas and Manufacturing expenses (ME) control. •Follow up on machines prefer maintenance (PM) program implementation. •Develop monthly Down time (D/T) analysis report for the process. •Recommend machines upgrades/additions. •Ensure that related safety and environmental systems are in place, and follow up on their implementation. •Optimize work force throughout the team by setting the Man Power Plan for the next year. •Provide expectations, projects list and periodically Review them. •Fully understand company and plant mission and values, commit to them, and enforce them among his/her team. •Conduct Performance Appraisals at least once a year for every employee in the team. •Recommend plans for team development. •Develop team budget forecast for the next fiscal year. •Report on monthly basis to the Process Team Manager /Plant Manager team performance versus OGSM & submit other reports as requested.
Qualifications •College/University degree is required (engineering) •2 years relevant work experience in manufacturing •Proficient computer knowledge •Excellent Command of English (Spoken & Written)
