• Getting the best price from all Vendors and distributors. • Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.. • Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers. • Tracking orders and confirming system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. • Following up and starting the clearance processing with brokerage to complete all documents needed to release shipments. • Checking checks if orders are completed and delivering to customers and confirming arrival. • Confirming receiving the invoices and processing the payment. • Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
Qualifications Communicate with others Solve problems and make decisions Technical and Business Writing. Basic Project Management Skills. Strong organizational skill. Able to handle pressure under tough situation
