We’re looking for a high achieving Marketing Manager with strong experience in brand marketing in a retail environment. Overview: Managing and executing all retail marketing efforts including but not limited to, customizing integrated marketing programs, visual merchandising strategy, and in-store events to increase Dejavu brand awareness and create extraordinary and influential in-store and online experiences for our retail customers and finally achieve the overall business and profit targets. Responsibilities: Execute customized integrated retail marketing programs to assist in the development of the retail strategy through: • Completing annual and seasonal sales and profit targets by, examining growth opportunities, product mix development, Monitor detailed analysis by brand category, best practice, and identifying new trends in advance, staying abreast on range development, product and brand knowledge and pricing strategy. • Taking responsibility for performance against targets and submit periodic reports demonstrating marketing / sales initiatives vs. Dejavu retail target achievement. • contributing to strategic plans by setting a benchmark, keeping a close-eye on competitors through conducting ongoing analysis on Dejavu’s current market positioning and market penetration status. • Managing the marketing calendar with regards to launches, exclusives, promotions and brand campaign activities, in order to maximise marketing opportunities and site traffic. • Advise as requested on market expansions opportunities in the Gulf.
Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related degree or equivalent experience Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred, but not required. • 10+ years of experience Marketing of which 4-5 in retail marketing is preferred. • Experience in the footwear strongly recommended but not a must. • Above average MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint computer skills required. • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, In Design and Illustrator required.
