Duties & Responsibilities: • Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance; • Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; • Advises customers by providing information on products and directs customers to suggested items; • Helps customer make selections by providing information on products, building customer confidence and offering suggestions & opinions; • Stocking shelves with merchandise; • Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records; • Be involved in stock control and management; • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards; • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest. • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays; • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; • Dealing with customer refunds; • Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations; • Clean shelves, counters, and tables;
Qualifications The following skills and experience are required to fulfill the specific tasks: • Minimum 1 Year Experience; • Excellent English language, Excellent written Arabic (additional language is a plus); • Excellent computer skills, excel sheets, and power point presentation; • Polished customer service and communication skills both verbal and written; • Multitasks and can work under pressure efficiently;
