1- Follow up with Banks to get daily statues of cheques under collection, refunded cheques, and bank transfers (TMGT). 2- Prepare Bank in Slip, and compare it with the Bank deposit slip (TMGT). 3- Approve the Journal / Payment / Receipting vouchers (TMGT). 4- Reviewing the Commission and Salaries paid to Sales Force (TMGT) 5- Handling bank Reconciliation (TMGT). 6- Issue monthly trial balance (TMGT). 7- Calculating Fixed Assets Depreciation (TMGT). 8- Review the actual results with the budgeted plan 9- Prepare various reports for EFSA, TMME. 10- Performing any other task assigned by direct manager.
Qualifications 1- B.C. Commerce (Accounting Section) 2- 3-5 years of experience (Preferably who has Insurance Exp.). 3- Good command in English (Written, Spoken & Understanding). 4- CMA or CPA is preferable or other similar certificate. 5- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and multitask oriented. 6- Effective communication & Presentation skills. 7- Have a self motivation & High accuracy. 8- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
