The Editor will be responsible for reviewing, editing and revising translated articles to make sure they are scientifically correct and read well in Arabic. They work with their team to produce articles of the highest quality to meet our standards of high quality translation. They will also assist in managing the online portal of Nature Arabic Edition.
Qualifications Graduate degree from science-related major, or a graduate degree in mass media with a strong science background, required. Postgraduate studies (MSc or PhD) in a science-related major would be an advantage

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills : The ideal candidate will be a professional with a sound scientific background and at least some experience working within an editorial team. They should have an eye for details and be able to handle strict deadlines. They will be comfortable with using various Word processing applications and preferably some Adobe applications. They should also have strong English and Arabic skills, be comfortable with translating and familiar with how to handle English scientific words in Arabic. Above all, they must be hardworking, dedicated and a team player able to work with the rest of the editorial team comfortably and effectively.
