• Provide IT Technical support back office for PCs, Laptops Printers and Plotters • Installing and configuring software packages • Administrating PBX • Handling IT inventory • Check internet connectivity for all company internet lines (ADSL and Leased line) • Mailbox management and handle all technical issues for ISP related to Mail service. • Make sure all IT HW are in good condition and functioning properly, Items needed maintenance are sent to proper maintaining channels, followed up and inspected to be in the desired condition.
Qualifications * Strong IT Technical support capabilities (Operating system troubleshoot, Printer management, File sharing, Application support, New equipment installation) * Good Knowledge of Microsoft servers installation and administration. * Knowledge of Configuring and administrating network and security appliances. * Able to deliver complete IT service to a specific department from installing equipment, daily support and backup. * Able to deliver Technical support tasks for remote offices. * Able to keep record of IT assets inventory. * Certified or attended Microsoft track MCSA/MCITP. * Cisco network certification is a plus. * ITIL foundation is a plus. * Active with good communication skills, can work during * organized. * Male only
