•Introduce the company and present its products to all the potential clients. •Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our International customers •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships •Liaise between the customers and the factories to maintain the delivery on time for any new opportunity •Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives •Manage projects development from initiation to closure •Preparing price offers & price analysis reports as per the customer request and specifications •Manage existing accounts and develop new opportunity •Communicate clearly the progress of the opening projects with all the stakeholders •Identify and grow opportunities within the local and MENA territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment •Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed •Update formal quotes with all the products details. •Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments & recommend products based on customers needs and interests •Proceed and analyze new customers’ contract terms and apply online registry •Create new product ranges, after analyzing the market needs & market research •Collect and analyze data on customer geographic & demographic, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand •Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public online information, or purchased products •Enter and update the sales data on the ERP system
Qualifications •Highly Organized •Works with little supervision •Excellent communication and negotiation skills •Ability to spot potential clients
