• report to Material Control Engineer. • assembling material documentation for updating & maintaining QA file. • monitoring, expediting & reporting on purchase orders progress. • liaison with freight forwarders regarding shipping requirements. • monitor ocean and air shipments by providing required documentation to freight forwarder or carriers to ensure timely and safe arrival of materials and compliance with shipping and customs regulations. • liaison with custom clearance company on clearance issues. • coordinates custom clearance and issue appropriate customs related documentation to ensure custom requirements are met and clearance is completed in timely manner. • liaison with suppliers to follow-up and expedite materials delivery materials delivery. • periodic reconciliation of outstanding purchase orders. • circulating purchase orders and shipping documents.
Qualifications Oil & Gas Experience Is MUST 0:3 Years Of experience.
