1- Play a major role to improve quality, functionality, reliability, and usability of software products. 2- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plan with systematic QA methodology. 3- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers with sufficient details to reproduce the bugs. 4- Document test procedures to ensure reliability, and compliance with standards. 5- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program functions, output, on-line screen, or content. 6- Investigate customer problems referred by technical support. 7- Generate formal acceptance test procedures for customer delivery based upon requirements. 8- Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source. 9- Update automated test scripts to ensure currency. 10- Collaborate with field staff, or customers to evaluate, or diagnose problems, and recommend possible solutions.
Qualifications 1- B.SC. In computer science or related discipline. 2- Fundamental knowledge of software development life-cycle. 3- Familiarity with bug tracking, and collaborative development systems. 4- MySQL query building fundamental knowledge. 5- Good knowledge in preparing, and automation of testing plans. 6- Excellent problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. 7- Excellent, and effective communication skills. 8- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet tight dead-lines. 9- High attention to details. 10- Certified ISTQB.
